About Me

With over 30 years of experience working with adults and children, including 2 decades as a special education teacher, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our therapeutic journey together. My diverse background has given me valuable insights into working with a wide range of populations of all ages, including individuals with disabilities, those from different cultural backgrounds, and those navigating difficult life challenges. This experience equips me to support you in developing personalized and effective coping strategies to overcome depression, anxiety, and PTSD from both past and present challenges. I’m here to work with you to create a path toward healing and growth tailored to your unique needs. My therapy style embraces a holistic approach that prioritizes your active participation in therapy, ensuring that our work is guided by your decisions, needs, and goals. I utilize a range of methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and EMDR, tailored to what will be most beneficial for you. My goal is to help you build resilience, boost your self-confidence, and learn positive coping strategies to help you live a fulfilling life.

Education & Experience

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Walden University and currently work as a pre-licensed psychologist. Over the past 19 years, I've had the privilege of founding my own practice and improving individuals' lives through therapy.
