About Me
My career as a trauma therapist and addictions specialist / supervisor has arisen from my experience as a person in long term recovery from trauma, mental and emotional distress, unhealthy relationships and substance dependence. I have found EMDR the most effective pathway to healing and believe your best life is yet to come.

My formal education is in spiritual counseling that is body centered. I have supporting individuals and families with challenges related to trauma at Charles George Medical Center, First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Walter B. Jones opioid treatment center, Katharos Sanctuary OTP, and in my private practice.
