About Me

Hello! I'm so grateful you've stumbled upon my profile! Welcome! I currently offer both virtual and in person appointments in CA for traditional talk therapy in varying modalities, walk therapy, yoga therapy, and EMDR. Intrigued? Great! Combining movement with mental health and having these exist in a symbiotic relationship helps to promote overall healing. Finding a therapist can be a difficult and overwhelming task. I'm here to get you connected to meet your mental health needs, even if that means it's not with me. Please don't hesitate to reach out! We're all in this together!

Education & Experience

I attended Gonzaga University for my undergraduate education (B.Ed - Special Education), continued at California State University Fullerton for my masters (M.S., - Counseling Psychology) and completed my doctorate at Kent State University (Ph.D - Counselor Education & Supervision). I have experience in working with children ranging to late adulthood. I have worked in the school setting, hospitals, clinics, inpatient, outpatient, and treatment facilities. I currently supervise at a local counseling center and work with oncology patients in the hospital setting while running a private practice.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I am a member of CAMFT and a CAMFT approved supervisor. I am also EMDR trained and working toward certification.
