About Me

I am telehealth only with clients who reside in Kansas and am currently accepting new clients. I am passionate about helping you find the healing and peace of mind that you deserve! Whether your problems are related to relationships, abuse, trauma, grief/loss, stuck patterns of behavior or simply a problem where you want some direction, I am here to be your guide! Together we will identify your needs and goals, and I will provide you with resources to help you manage your life. I have many tools in my toolbox, and I customize them for each clients specific needs. I always tell my clients, some of the things may seem odd, but I use them because they work! I have extensive experience working with anxiety, dissociation, PTSD, depression, and grief. I am certified in EMDR and I am an EMDR Consultant and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I use parts work, mindfulness and a host of other modalities. I provide a laid back, non-judgmental environment for healing, but will challenge you to do the work that is needed to reach your goals!
