About Me
Sometimes hard things that happened in the past get in the way of how you want to live today. In our work together, I use EMDR therapy to efficiently and effectively transform those past hurts so that you can move forward, empowered and free.
Education & Experience
Facing your trauma can be scary and overwhelming. You want a therapist who is well-equipped to be your guide. As an approved EMDRIA Consultant with 20 years in the field and extensive trauma training and experience, I would love to be that guide for you. I earned my Master's in Social Work degree from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. Prior to that, I completed my BA at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. I have been practicing EMDR since 2006.
