About Me
With a deep curiosity for the human condition, I practice Integrative Therapy combining elements drawn from various methods (including EMDR, SE, and Mindfulness) to create a tailored approach for each individual story. I believe healing is a collaborative endeavour and the therapeutic relationship is as important as the therapy itself. Modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, the Tri-Phasic Trauma Practice Model, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. Areas of care: Trauma (PTSD); First Responders; Grief; Anxiety and Depression; Gender-Based Violence; Religious Oppression; Communication and Voice; Reproductive Health and Fertility; Maternal Wellness (Prenatal, Postpartum); Personal Growth.
