I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety/OCD, and Autism across the lifespan. I am a Certified Child Specialist in EMDR through the AGATE Institute I am trained in Recent Traumatic Events, Group Traumatic Events, Flash Technique, EMDR 2.0, Structural Dissociation, and Somatic Psychology and EMDR, Yoga & Mindfulness with EMDR and I am working on completing Neurodiversity Affirming Care with EMDR.
