About Me

Chris works to promote social justice by utilizing an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and intersectional approach within their therapeutic work. In an effort to promote transparency and share how they navigate the world, Chris is a Latinx/e biracial, queer, nonbinary/agender, neurodivergent, fat/larger-bodied person. Chris is also in an interracial marriage with their Black husband, and they have one dog together. Chris continues to further their learning and understanding within therapy by centering disabled, queer, transgender, and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in the research they read and the educational materials they engage. Chris provides services to adults and adolescents struggling with trauma, dissociation, mood disorders, neurodivergence, chronic health issues, disability, sexual issues, gender identity, LGBTQ+ issues, racial identity, and grief. Chris also provides family and relationship counseling, including those in non-monogamous relationships.
