About Me

Yamel has a passion for serving adults, children, and families who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) who have experienced childhood & sexual Trauma. As a proud Veteran of the Marine Corps, Yamel is a life long learner and creates an environment wherein through learning, clients can learn to feel more connected to themselves, others, and the world around them. Therapy is a process of self reflection and conversations that honor the struggles of life.
