About Me
Hello, I'm Tana Noonan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #53258) with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Chapman University. Since 2009, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and older teens in navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. In my practice, I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing. This integrative method allows me to tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, fostering a holistic healing process that honors mind, body, and spirit. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and work toward personal growth. By focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and compassion, I aim to empower clients to achieve their goals and enhance their well-being.
