About Me
Bea is a board-certified, licensed clinical psychotherapist and the founder of Women’s Mental Health Group, a boutique private practice serving women in Connecticut and New York. Bea specializes in women’s mental health, with specific expertise in reproductive/maternal mental health and EMDR. Bea provides supportive, research-based therapy that is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She helps women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship issues. Her work is grounded in a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that addresses both current symptoms and the deeper patterns that underlie them, with the goal of creating meaningful and lasting change. She integrates somatic and mindfulness-based techniques into her therapy to support holistic healing.
Education & Experience
She completed her graduate studies and clinical training at Northwestern University. Bea is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C) and an EMDR therapist with advanced training in using EMDR to support moms throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. Prior to founding Women’s Mental Health Group, Bea worked in various intensive outpatient and hospital-based settings supporting women at different stages of life and recovery.
