About Me

My name is Jaime Henle and I am a licensed psychologist. I’m also a student, a teacher, an artist, a writer, a creator, & a healer. I am a student because I am always wanting to learn and better myself. I go to retreats/ trainings often to learn & work on myself both professionally & personally. I was trained in EMDR, mind-body work, Sandtray tx, etc. I used those modalities to heal myself & then I go out into the world to teach & heal others. I have a commitment to myself for self awareness, acceptance, and self compassion. To continue to grow, heal, & be kind to myself and others. To tell my truth and help others do the same.

Education & Experience

Dr Henle received a PsyD from Nova Southeastern University and has been a psychologist in private practice since 2008. She was trained in EMDR in 2010. She is EMDR certified and a Consultant in training (CIT).

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

Jaime Henle is a licensed psychologist and provides telehealth individual therapy with teens and adults. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and EMDR Certified and has been doing EMDR since 2010 and has done several advanced EMDR trainings since then. Dr. Henle also treats chronic pain and utilizes the mind-body work of John Sarno, MD and Nicole Sachs, LCSW. Their work believes that your brain and nervous system creates pain symptoms in order to aid in the repression of unconscious thoughts and feelings. The goal of this work is to express repressed emotions which will help your nervous system go from fight or flight to rest and repair. Dr. Henle provides in person sessions in Evans, GA and telehealth sessions for NY clients and for clients in the 42 participating states for PSYPACT.
