About Me
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! Initiating change may be one of the hardest and strongest steps you can take. I work with people facing an array of mental health concerns, and have a specialty in helping people heal from relational trauma. I find we are most often hurt in the context of relationships - a break-up, infidelity, emotional, physical or sexual abuse, being made to feel you are unloved. You may feel overwhelmingly anxious, disconnected or over-attached to loved-ones, or unable to trust. Maybe you begin isolating yourself from friendships or engaging in relationships you know aren’t healthy for you. What might it be like to feel free from intrusive memories, to learn to live with loss, to respond calmly? What if you could control your anxiety and be present in your relationships? I use a number of therapies, including EMDR, to help you move forward. I can integrate Christian faith for those interested, and work with people from many cultural backgrounds. We all have the capacity to heal when we are in a space that feels safe – safe to be vulnerable, safe to cry and to laugh, safe to believe in yourself again. This is the space I offer in my practice. If this resonates with you, I hope you’ll reach out!

I graduated with my MSW from Boston College in 2016. I have eight years of post-graduate experience in individual therapy and am certified in EMDR.
