About Me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and hold licenses in Massachusetts and Virginia. My education and background is in healthcare social work. I have 10+ years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are coping with complex physical and mental health diagnoses in a variety of settings, including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Since transitioning to private practice 4 years ago I have focused her work on perinatal trauma. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and EMDR. I have extensive experience in supporting those navigating trauma in the maternal and perinatal period. In addition, my work has afforded me the opportunity to partner with clients coping with a wide range of mental health concerns. I work with clients as they navigate grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
