I'm a (mostly) virtual therapist available throughout Indiana and Florida. I work frequently with helpers in the community like EMS & medical providers. I use EMDR as well as other approaches to help people get un-stuck and live the lives they hope for! I also work frequently with grief, anxiety, depression, and I have a faith-based background for those who want to use their faith as a strength in therapy. Education & Experience
I completed a masters in counseling from Indiana University in 2012. I've received continuing education in CBT for anxiety as well as EMDR training in 2020 and Certification in 2025. I was a therapist in community mental health & a school counselor before entering private practice about 5 years ago.
