About Me
I am a certified EMDR therapist with a deep commitment to creating a compassionate and inclusive space for all individuals, particularly those within the LGBTQ+ community. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have witnessed firsthand the power of EMDR therapy in helping individuals process and heal from trauma. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported in their healing journey, and I strive to offer a non-judgmental and affirming environment for all my clients.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Western Washington University in 2004, where I received my foundational training in psychology. Since then, I have honed my skills and deepened my understanding of trauma, mental health, and healing through continued education and hands-on experience. With over a decade of experience in private practice, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, and I am deeply committed to fostering an environment that promotes healing, empowerment, and resilience.
