About Me
I am a curious, creative human honored to assist you on your healing journey. Wellness is as unique a process as you are. I believe you are the expert on your own life narrative; and I am here to assist you as a fellow unique human. Consider me your compassionate sidekick on this journey.
Education & Experience
I graduated in 2015 from the University on Nebraska-Lincoln with my undergradutae in psychology and from the University of Colorado-Denver with my Masters in counseling in 2018. In the years since earning my license in professional counseling (LPC), I have primarily worked with adolescents and families with complex trauma. I worked at Maple Star Colorado during COVID-19 focusing on adolescents and teens in the foster/adopt system. Then I transitioned to adolescents and teens in a school based clinic at Denver Health. Now I see humans of all ages with a focus in trauma and body-based healing. I am a Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and trained in various forms of therapy modalities.
