About Me
As a warm and attuned therapist, I offer a supportive space for individuals seeking greater clarity, connection, and emotional well-being. Trained in EMDR therapy through the Parnell Institute, I integrate this approach within a relational and intuitive framework, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. I believe in the power of therapy to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I work with adults navigating a variety of life experiences, including anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, personal growth, and periods of transition. My style is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from mindfulness, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented practices to foster insight and integration. I am honored to support clients on their path toward greater authenticity, presence, and emotional balance. I work well with people who are highly curious, sensitive, or have a value on creativity and aesthetics. My approach is thoughtful, warm, engaged, and intuitive. I am committed to helping you develop your strengths, know yourself more fully, access your emotions, and enhance areas of joy. I provide a space for individual growth to help you make lasting change in your life.
