About Me

Welcome! I help high-functioning women who’ve learned to survive by staying strong, staying busy, and staying disconnected from their own needs. Beneath the surface, many carry the weight of early attachment wounds—experiences of emotional neglect, inconsistency, or having to earn love by over-performing. My work focuses on the impact of attachment deprivation and the ways it shapes how you relate to yourself and others. Using EMDR, parts work, and somatic approaches, I help clients access the roots of their patterns—without needing to talk through every detail—and begin to feel safe, soft, and whole again. This isn’t just about symptom relief. It’s about reclaiming the vibrant, intuitive, connected version of you that’s been there all along. I offer in-person and virtual therapy for adults across Texas. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) trained in EMDR, with a trauma-focused, depth-oriented approach. If something in you is ready for a different way, I’d be honored to walk with you. Reach out whenever you feel ready.

Education & Experience

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona and did a brief stint in research before earning my Master’s in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. My clinical experience spans nonprofit, private practice, and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings, where I’ve served as both a group therapist and trauma therapist. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals navigating complex trauma, relational wounds, and codependency—often in spaces that required both structure and deep attunement. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and honoring the wisdom of the body.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

My background in yoga, nature-based healing, and mindfulness practices also informs my approach. Outside of my clinical work, I’ve facilitated groups centered on nervous system regulation and inner child work, and I remain connected to 12-step recovery communities, where I’ve both participated and served.
