Mrs. Danielle Beason, MA, LPC
About Me
My name is Danielle Beason, and I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and 5 years of counseling practice. I am honored to work with individuals, couples, and teens who are seeking support through life's challenges. My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, drawing from a range of evidence-based methods. I also offer Christian counseling when the client requests it. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Polyvagal Theory are the main modalities I use in my practice. I use I-CBT for OCD. For couples, I utilize the Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts curriculum and the Gottman Method to help build stronger, healthier relationships provide a deeper understanding of how your experiences shape your emotions and behaviors. Together, we will find the best path forward, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship challenges, life transitions, or any other stressor, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered. I am committed to meeting you where you are and providing a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to share your story. My aim is to collaborate with you to create the meaningful change you're looking for, so you can start enjoying life again. I measure success through a combination of initial and ongoing assessments to track your progress, but I also check in regularly to ensure you feel supported and see the growth you're working toward.
