Online Therapy

About Me

I am passionate about growth and healing and have experience with several different types of therapy we may use in session as needed. I enjoy utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to assist clients on their therapy journey. I have experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, work stress, trauma, grief, and low self-esteem. I also work extensively with people who want to address gender, race, health, and social issues impacting their lives. I often work with women’s health issues, LGBTQIA+ populations, college students, healthcare workers and therapists. Common life transitions that folks may be seeking therapy for include relationship changes (from wedding stress to break-ups, I've seen it all!), job and education shifts, setting boundaries with parents or family members as a young adult, experiencing imposter-syndrome for the first time or trying to manage stress of life changes that are out of our control.

Education & Experience

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Scranton (yes, the town from The Office) in 2016 and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University in 2018. My career started working with adults with substance use disorders and later pivoted to working with adults who experienced trauma. I later spent 3 years working with adult survivors of intimate partner violence before opening my private practice where I specialize in providing trauma-responsive care to adults across Ohio.
