Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

As part of my holistic approach to therapy, I have some specialty training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective treatment for trauma recovery, Brain Health (Amen University), Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT), and Gottman Method (Level 1) for couple’s therapy. This specialized training allows me to help individuals and couples build improve communication, address trauma, stronger relationships, and work through couple issues. In addition, I am trained to integrate Christian Values into the counseling process, if desired. Whether navigating personal struggles or seeking to strengthen relationships, I provide a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment to help clients find peace and fulfillment.
