About Me

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and AASECT certified sex therapist. I specialize in couples therapy and sex therapy for people from young adulthood to middle age, of all genders and orientations. I created the Center for Intimacy and Relationships because intimacy and connection are critically important - as necessary as the air we breathe - yet it doesn’t come easy for most of us. As a therapist, I take a warm, compassionate, and direct approach. Using EMDR, we can work together to heal the blocks holding you back from enjoying intimacy and sexuality. Offering in-person and online therapy in the DC metro area.
