Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy to individuals, with specializations in first responder mental health, work-related trauma, and worker’s compensation cases. I facilitate a dedicated addiction recovery group for first responders, offering a safe, confidential space to address addictions within the context of occupational stress. I have experience supporting law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, and dispatchers through individual therapy, critical incident debriefings, and recovery from cumulative stress and PTSD. Additional specialties include high-conflict divorce and custody, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, and trauma. I also provide consultation services for attorneys and family law professionals, including child custody evaluations, reunification therapy, and mediation.
