About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with trauma survivors who want to increase their sense of inner emotional safety, self-compassion, and understand themselves more fully. I use a blend of brain and body based techniques to help clients connect with their whole self. I use a highly relational approach meaning I utilize the container of therapy as a basis to safely experiment with new ways of being. Therapy is not a one size fits all. My goal is to collaborate with my clients to individualize what therapy can look like and how it can benefit them. I enjoy working with folks from all paths of life including BIPOC, Therapists, Medical Professionals, 1st & 2nd Generation Immigrants, Survivors of Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse Survivors, LGBTQIA+, & Adult Children of Abusive Parents. Although we will work together individually, I acknowledge the ways in which historical and present day systems of oppression impact your mental health. I honor and encourage ancestral wisdom and practices to incorporate in your healing journey.
