About Me
I specialize in working with survivors of sexual trauma and also enjoy supporting clients through experiences of religious abuse and trauma. I also work with other therapists to provide them with the EMDR consultation hours they need to obtain their EMDR certification.
Education & Experience
I have an AA in Elementary Education, a BA in Psychology, and an MA in Professional Counseling. I have been trained in EMDR therapy since 2012 and am also certified. I am the owner of an outpatient practice called the Center for EMDR and Trauma Therapy in Ann Arbor. Our center specializes in creating a safe and compassionate environment for survivors of all forms of trauma and abuse, including adverse childhood experiences. All of our therapists at the center are trained in EMDR therapy. My supervision experience includes overseeing clinical meetings at the center, providing weekly supervision for our intern, and providing EMDR consultation for those seeking certification.
