I specialize in a different approach. With Art Therapy and EMDR, our work together will first build your own creative approaches to gain balance and connection with yourself. Then we will use eye movements or tapping to process your painful experiences without going into every detail. EMDR will allow you to get memories unstuck so you can gain useful learnings and reduce unproductive emotions, thoughts and body sensations. You’re open to a new way of therapy.
