About Me
I grew up in Queens, NYC, the daughter of career military/law enforcement parents. My hobbies include world travel, books and hiking. I have worked in several different types of programs including residential, intensive outpatient, wilderness, miltary bases and public schools. However, I have found my forever home in my own practice, My practice serves adult women with a history of recent and/or past trauma. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer group therapy for women who have survived narcissistic abuse.
