I’m a doctoral-level, licensed clinical social worker, and I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who want more than just coping skills—they want real change. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones—with the right support. Together, we’ll cut through the noise, untangle the patterns that hold you back, and build a roadmap toward lasting relief. Therapy with me is active and tailored to you. We’ll get curious about patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build strategies that actually work in your daily life. I offer in-person sessions in Bethesda, MD and provide virtual services in MD, DC, VT, and CO.
