About Me

My name is Annie Kowalski and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Plymouth MA. I have been providing mental health services for adults, children, and families, within the public school system and in private practice, for over 20 years. In addition to virtual therapy sessions I now provide in-person equine facilitated therapy sessions at Serendipty Stables. My integrative, holistic approach is client centered, trauma informed, and incorporates traditional evidence based techniques with innovative interventions tailored to meet specific needs. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
