About Me
If you feel like it's hard to catch your breath, or to find the space to think, I am here for you. After working together, I hope to help you feel more centered, present, and confident in yourself. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples who are facing trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as those struggling with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, body image concerns, caregiver stress, and major life transitions.
Education & Experience
I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Seeking Safety, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, and I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s needs with compassion and evidence-based care.
