About Me

I have been a therapist for 12 years in the Valdosta, GA area. I am currently a Certified EMDR Therapist and utilize various other therapy modalities/tools in sessions. I enjoy creating a calm, non-judgmental, and peaceful environment for clients to be their full and true selves as they evolve, while accomplishing their goals. I am currently providing virtual therapy.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Valdosta State University with a BA in Psychology in 2011 and MS in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. I have experience working with individuals (adults and adolescents) and families. I work with people of all ages, demographics, and backgrounds.
