About Me
I believe in the importance of helping individuals seeking to show up authentically in all parts of their lives. My kindness and compassion shows through my work by guiding adults through self-discovery and growth. I am a welcoming advocate for people of all genders, family structures and orientations. My approach to counseling is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and I am trained in EMDR. I work at a collaborative practice called Seattle Family Support where we serve individuals, couples, and families. My expertise includes depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and grief and loss. I bring a sex positive lens to my work and have much experience working with the LGBTQ community. I am also able to provide comfort and understanding while supporting people through a crisis.
