I’m an RN-LCSW specializing in trauma, anxiety, and stress. With my combined expertise in nursing and therapy, I take a science-backed, mind-body approach designed to support lasting healing and help you get back to what matters most. I work with teens and adults, offering EMDR, Flash, and other evidence-based modalities to process unresolved experiences, reduce symptoms, and strengthen long-term resilience.
