About Me

Navigating trauma and loss can be an incredibly challenging journey. I work with individuals and couples facing a range of issues, including PTSD, complex PTSD (CPTSD), traumatic loss, and prolonged bereavement. My approach is rooted in empathy and a genuine desire to help you heal from childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, and attachment wounds. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their experiences and emotions, and I am here to support you in that process. I also have the privilege in helping those dealing with betrayal trauma and the unique challenges that arise in relationships. As an EMDR-certified therapist and a Certified sex addiction therapist, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to your specific needs. Together, we can work toward understanding your past, processing your feelings, and finding a path toward healing and connection. My goal is to empower you to move forward with hope and resilience. I love working with the person who is on day one of recovery and has no idea what to do, or the person at their 10000th day of recovery and is wondering “what’s next?” Individual sessions, couples' sessions, and intensives (catered to the specific needs of the individual) are available.
