About Me
I enjoy working with adults to help them develop understanding and perspective to deal more effectively with the issues, dilemmas and stressors of modern life including anxiety, depression, chemical dependency, LGBTQ , issues of sexuality, and the unresolved issues of traumas and grief. My orientation is Psychdynamic and Depth Psychology. I am licensed in the states of California and Oregon and am providing Telehealth /Video sessions in both locations.
Education & Experience
MA Counseling Psychology w emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute 2/01 Specialties in Trauma, Addiction/Recovery, Anxiety, Issues of Spirituality, Stage of Life, Self Discovery. I am trained in a variety of disciplines including standard emdr , attachment focused emdr, intergenerational trauma, somatic psychology, ifs and mindfulness as well as spiritual psychology.
