I am a strong advocate for oppressed communities and am honored to be able to service their mental health needs. My desire is for you to leave our session feeling empowered and capable of taking a step towards or managing your challenge. I will be supportive, nonjudgmental, encouraging, and provide authenticity.
Education & Experience
I believe in addressing our behaviors and concerns through reprocessing - supporting the brain in it's natural healing abilities. I am only practicing EMDR Intensives - an accelerated healing that supports you in feeling better, Faster! I have experience working with various concerns from trauma and PTSD to self-esteem to anxiety to anger management.
