I believe an improved quality of life, mental, physical, emotional and social, is achieved through a multidimensional approach to their health, building upon strengths and partnering with individuals, couples and families through a safe, supportive, nonjudgement environment, respecting their hopes, dreams, and desires. I am passionate about helping individuals, families and groups obtain the quality of life they desire through the process of change.

In the past 20 years, working with individuals, couples, families and the LGBTQ+ Community, I have gained specialized knowledge in Trauma, Substance Use, Depression, and Anxiety. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, CAADC.
