About Me
My passion is helping people who feel “stuck” move forward, improve their self-esteem, and develop lives they love. My clients describe me as easy to talk to, down to earth, nonjudgmental and caring. People come to me for help with anxiety, depression, relationships, and recovery from traumatic events. Though I have training in many evidence-based treatments, I frequently use EMDR, which helps the brain’s natural healing process by strengthening its adaptive networks. In other words, literally getting “unstuck” from traumatic memories. I love EMDR for its mind-body component and rapid results. I have both witnessed and experienced firsthand the positive outcomes of EMDR and am thrilled to offer it to my clients.
