About Me
I grew up in an area that was very sex-negative and there was not a lot of helpful or accurate information. I was frustrated with the stress and uncertainty this caused so many of the people around me, including myself! So in 2008, I started my journey to seriously seek answers that would help myself and others to stop being blocked by ideas of how we “should” show up and get the information we need to move toward more authentic and joyful connection and expression. This journey has allowed me to walk alongside many human experiences, including living with chronic illness, gender expansive exploration, navigating disabilities in an able-centric world, surviving and thriving after domestic and dating violence, identifying and managing unhelpful substance use, and integrating grief and loss. I particularly love working with clients navigating pelvic pain and lower than desired or mismatched desire and my passion is longer sessions, such as marathon sessions (3 hours) or intensives (2-3 days of 4-6 hours) as it is a special kind of magic to see clients notice bigger shifts more quickly.
