About Me
I am a somatic-focused therapist currently providing care in Colorado. My passion is in helping people understand the connection between mind and body. I hope to support people in feeling empowered and to experience healing that allows for recognizable positive change in their life. In my personal life, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, training my dog, and exploring the outdoors. In addition, I am always working to prioritize social justice and anti-racism efforts in both my personal and professional life.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's of Art in Social Work (completed in 2015) and Masters of Social Work with clinical focus (completed in 2017) My experience is working with all ages - children, adolescents, adults, and older adults - struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, or severe and persistent mental health symptoms.
