Education & Experience
I received my bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminal justice from Chadron Sate College in 2014 and my master’s degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2018. In addition to my education in school I have completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative therapy. I have been working with those who have a variety of mental health problems since 2014. I worked in residential treatment and group homes where I learned a variety of different treatments and worked with several different populations. The majority of those I have worked with have had trauma in their past and have had several different symptoms from it including PTSD, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, substance use, ADHD, relationship problems and several others. In the past three years I have been in private practice and enjoy working with those who are eager to improve their mental health.
