About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working primarily with trauma survivors, as well as people struggling with Depression, Anxiety. I work with adults, older adults, and families, specializing in Addictions, Dual diagnosis, Grief and Loss and Trauma. While using an eclectic modality of therapy, I heavily rely on Cognitive Behavioral, MBSR, solution focused, and DBT therapies. I am trained in EMDR and use it with my trauma survivors to process complex traumas.
Education & Experience
I have been using trauma informed practices for over 8 years now, adding an EMDR certification to my toolbox in 2022.
