About Me

I help my clients find confidence, peace, and joy by guiding them in developing awareness of how their body reacts to stress and equipping them with the tools they need to take care of themselves when experiencing stressful situations. Many of today’s solutions for anxiety, low-self-esteem, and healing from past trauma or stressful life events are focused on changing your thought-patterns and overall perspective. This leads so many to feel incomplete in their journey toward wellness. This feeling of incompleteness comes when we place our focus solely on the healing of the mind, when the body and soul need support as well. I know that your circumstances are unique, so I aim to partner with you to determine your needs within the counseling setting. Together we will implement techniques that will be most supportive in overcoming your current challenges and building your overall well-being.
