Emily's speciality includes working with clients with eating disorders and body image challenges. She is passionate about addressing the underlying trauma with these issues, utilizing EMDR and IFS techniques with her clients to guide them from stuck and defeated to places of balance, health, and freedom. Emily is married with one daughter and resides in the suburbs of Indianapolis. She loves spending time with her family, playing at playgrounds, hiking, going to museums, and traveling. She is also very active in her church, serving in the children's ministry.
