About Me
I work with people who are seeking support and understanding, while overcoming the bumps in the road that we often encounter in life. Whether they are speed bumps, potholes, or full-blown roadblocks, I believe it is important to remember that no matter how big the bump may be, there is always a way to grow through the messy things we go through. Through building meaningful therapeutic relationships, I seek to assist my clients with the process of blooming through the most difficult situations encountered within the human experience. I believe transformation and growth can occur after being buried in the dirt. It is then we can blossom and flourish in the places we never thought we would.
Education & Experience
I received my MS at Nova Southeastern University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I became a licensed mental health counselor in 2022.I have provided individual, family, and group counseling to children, teens and adults who have sought help for complex trauma, sexual abuse, codependency, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, thought disorders, mood disorders and substance abuse.
