I believe that we are wired for social connection, therefore healing occurs through relationships, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey. Health is something we can never stop growing in. In order to reach optimal health, and we must nurture our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Everyone is special and unique, and your counseling sessions will reflect that. They will be tailored specifically for you. Together we will establish goals, and I will equip you with tools and resources to use not only in our sessions, but most importantly, into your daily life, no matter the circumstance. I will be right there with you as you learn more about yourself and the world you are a part of.
