About Me
Through my advanced training in trauma and work with clients, I have developed a strong belief in the power of the human spirit to survive and overcome adversity and trauma. I use a strengths-based approach to help clients tap into their own inner strengths to resolve the issues their struggling with and move forward. Combining client strengths with evidence-based therapy modalities like EMDR gives clients the tools they need to overcome their challenges. I also believe in the importance of the therapist client relationship in the healing process. When client’s feel safe, heard, and supported they are able to tap into their own strengths and find the courage to examine and address the issues in their lives.
