About Me
I am passionate about helping individuals overcome their traumas and become the healthiest versions of themselves. Trauma isn’t always obvious—it can appear large or small to an outsider—but what truly matters is its impact on your life. If you’re ready to work through the challenges you’ve faced, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to healing. As an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, I use EMDR therapy to help individuals process trauma and overcome adverse life experiences. Healing the pain of the past allows us to live a more satisfying and fulfilling present. I believe this is a vital step toward creating the future you’ve always envisioned. I believe every client is unique and deserves a personalized approach to therapy. Your journey is about you—your needs, your goals, and your growth. My role is to understand your experiences and support you in turning your aspirations into reality. If you're ready for change, I invite you to reach out. It would be an honor to be part of your healing journey.
