About Me
I aim to honor each client's unique strengths, history, and needs through an integrative and collaborative approach. If you are ready to work through past adverse experiences that are interfering with your well-being or relationships, EMDR can be a powerful tool to accomplish your goals. I've witnessed this model be transformative for clients who experienced life-altering traumatic incidents, as well as for clients who have felt "stuck" after gaining insight into their core beliefs. I work best with introspective adults struggling with symptoms of anxiety, PTSD, and life transitions. I often work with: mothers and birthing persons who had traumatic labor/delivery experiences; professionals contemplating major career or relationship changes; and young adults who recognize "things weren't ok" growing up but are building meaningful lives for themselves.
